Ask about the tutor, not the platform
Platforms market brands; results come from the individual teacher. Ask who will teach, what they have taught before, and whether that person will stay with your child for the whole semester.
Insist on a first class and a written plan
A genuine provider will let you book a single first class and follow it with a topic-wise plan and a clear fee note. Vague promises and pressure to pay for a long package immediately are the clearest warning signs.
Track output, not screen time
Hours attended prove nothing. Ask for monthly test scores and a short progress note so you can see movement on the topics that were weak at the start.
