Please read these terms before booking a class or applying to teach with Online Study Mart.
Our service
Online Study Mart provides one-to-one online tutoring for university students, planned around the student's own university syllabus. We are a private tutoring service and are not affiliated with, endorsed by or acting on behalf of any university.
Classes and payment
Classes are booked and paid per session. Your first class is a paid class: you attend one full session, ask your doubts, share your feedback and then decide whether to continue with a package. Fees depend on the subject, university, course and syllabus, and we share a clear quotation before classes start.
Academic honesty
We teach, explain and review work. We do not write, sit or submit examinations, assignments or projects on a student's behalf. Students remain responsible for their own submissions and for following their university's rules.
Bookings, rescheduling and cancellation
Please tell us in advance if you cannot attend a scheduled class so the slot can be moved. Repeated no-shows may mean the slot is released to another student.
Tutor applications
Applying to teach does not create an offer of work. We verify identity, qualifications and teaching ability before a tutor is assigned to students.
